THE PAST

Innovative Creations Ltd was formed back in September 2000 by current managing director James Brand. The company's mission statement was to: -

• PROVIDE local and international businesses with high quaility IT services.
• PROVIDE businesses with what THEY actually really need and NOT with unsuitable high profit solutions.
• COMPLETE client projects on schedule and on budget.
• COMMUNICATE with clients in a no-nonsense ethical way - if we make a mistake we'll hold our hands up and admit it. We'll also do our utmost to resolve any problems as soon as possible.
• PROVIDE clients with exceptional customer service.

In the 5 years we have been trading we feel that we have been able to keep to our mission statement and now have many happy customers who come back to us time and time again. We have gained an enviable client list with customers as far a field as the USA. We have also had one of our client projects featured on network TV in North America!

THE FUTURE

At Innovative Creations Ltd we hope to look forward to another exciting and busy 5 years. We aim to increase the levels of customer care and service we have built up in the past 5 years and build upon our current reputation.

We are also currently working on a number of interesting 'off the shelf products' which we will be rolling out over the next year. Watch this space for more information!
